Job Title: Workshop Labourer (Woodworking)
Location: Giltbrook, Nottingham
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Minimum 2 week (potential for extension for the right candidate)
Shifts:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Barker Ross are currently looking for two reliable individuals to assist with a production project in a workshop in Giltbrook. This is a semi-skilled role , ideal for someone with a hands-on background and basic experience working with power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Sanding veneered wooden sheets using a hand held orbital sander.
Preparing surfaces for further processing
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience using an orbital sander is essential
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day
Reliable and able to start immediately
