Are you a hands-on, driven leader with a passion for keeping a workshop running like a well-oiled machine? We’re working with a respected independent specialist who’s on the hunt for an experienced Workshop Controller to take the reins of their busy and successful workshop.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of 8 skilled technicians, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. With no manufacturer red tape, you’ll have the freedom to make real decisions and a genuine impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing workflow and job allocation across the workshop

* Ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met

* Acting as the bridge between technicians and service advisors

* Supporting and mentoring your team to help them perform at their best

* Monitoring job progress, parts availability, and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Workshop Controller in a busy workshop

* Strong technical knowledge (ideally in an independent or specialist environment)

* Leadership skills with a cool head under pressure
