Workshop Controller
Location: Taplow
Salary: Up to £60,000
Hours: 45 hours per week

About the Role
Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards
Manage resources, financial targets, and customer relationships
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company processes
Key Responsibilities
Deliver financial results in line with agreed budgets
Optimise site resources and costs to maximise profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with work providers and suppliers
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, PAS125, and manufacturer standards
Lead and manage staff through structured performance management processes
Provide market-leading customer service from booking to vehicle return
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in workshop or bodyshop management
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
Full UK driving licence
Experience with Audatex is highly desirable
Familiarity with management systems and HR policies
Ability to interpret printed estimating packages (preferred but not essential)
