Workplace Experience Co-ordinator
Location: Brighton
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and professional Workplace Experience Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in Brighton. This is a rotational role offering a unique opportunity to work across Reception, our Conference Centre, and as an Ambassador supporting the day-to-day workplace experience across all office floors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reception Duties: Welcoming guests and clients, issuing visitor passes, handling telephone calls, and ensuring all visitor information is accurately logged.
Conference Centre Support: Coordinating bookings, setting up meeting rooms, liaising with event hosts, and ensuring all events run smoothly.
Ambassador Role: Being a visible and helpful presence on office floors, responding to employee needs, and identifying and resolving workplace issues.
Portering Duties: Assisting with the movement of parcels, office supplies, and equipment between floors and departments, ensuring everything gets to the right place on time.What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience—ideally front-of-house in a hotel, corporate office, or event-hosting environment.
A positive, can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
Flexibility and adaptability—no two days are the same, and you’ll need to switch between roles and responsibilities smoothly.
Someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional, and high-quality environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
