Workday Payroll ConsultantRate: Up to £850 Outside IR35Duration: 6 MonthsLocation: Remote UK WideStart Date: September 16thThe Opportunity:The UK’s #1 Workday Partner seeks a talented Workday Payroll Consultant to support the implementation of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global clients.The Role:As a Workday Consultant, responsibilities include leading the implementation of Workday UK Payroll with a focus on high-quality design and configuration. Tasks involve planning and managing the stream, conducting design sessions, and guiding the End Customer through workshops and approvals.The role requires coordinating across functional streams, tracking progress, addressing issues, and supporting testing and configuration updates. Additionally, the role includes preparing for and delivering final knowledge transfer sessions. The objective is to ensure a seamless Workday implementation by meticulously managing details and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.Required Skills/Experience:Workday Payroll CertificationStrong customer focus: able to assess needs, manage expectations, and escalate when necessary, with the ability to build strong relationships.Effective communicator with impact, credibility, and empathy, capable of presenting to senior audiences, even remotely.Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of project/business dynamics, industry trends, and broad knowledge in HR, Financials, ERP, or Payroll.Expertise in leading functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle and supporting sales processes with work package estimates.Able to implement process/tool improvements to enhance practice efficiency.Commercially aware of utilisation targets and capable of rotating across Workday delivery services (Consulting and Application Management Services).For more information, please apply below or contact me directly.Contact | 02077806706LinkedIn | George Bates | LinkedInEmail | ##### Payroll Consultant
