Job Description Kinetic Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Wiremen to work at National Grid substations around Yorkshire. This is a long-term contract running from June 2025 - Dec 2026 with an attractive hourly rate of around £32 per hour.\n\nWireman Responsibilities:\nTo work inside internal and external panels, including but not limited to, any other type of marshalling kiosks'\nThe ability to work off "red" & "green" drawings within old relay panels\nInstallation, termination, and testing of electrical wiring and cables\nEnsuring all work meets industry standards and project specifications\nCollaborating with site managers, engineers, and other trades\n\nWireman Requirements:\nValid ECS or CSCS card (essential)\nNational Grid Persons certification (essential)\nProven experience as a Wireman, ideally within substation, industrial, or energy sector projects\nNorthern Powergrid codes/ authorisations up to 132kV\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong understanding of health and safety standards\nFlexibility to travel and work away when required\n\nIf you meet the requirements and would be interested in the role please apply via the link pr...
