Your work will be invaluable in creating a safe and caring atmosphere within the school community.\n\nELSA’s play a key role in addressing the barriers to learning for students, either working 1:1 or with a targeted group of pupils in order to enable them to achieve their full potential. Through innovative, creative and professional practice, you will be able to engage pupils and inspire them to learn new skills and develop their self-esteem.
