We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join our stainless steel fabrication team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of bespoke stainless steel projects for industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and water treatment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in TIG welding and precision fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate stainless steel components and assemblies from technical drawings and specifications.
*
Perform high-quality TIG welding on various grades of stainless steel, including Duplex and Super Duplex.
*
Operate fabrication equipment including laser cutters, press brakes, and CNC machines as required.
*
Assemble pipework, pressure vessels, frames, and enclosures for industry-specific applications.
*
Inspect and measure finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and tolerances.
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
*
Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve fabrication challenges and improve processes.
Essential Requirements:
*
Proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding.
*
Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
*
Proficiency with workshop tools and metalworking machinery.
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
*
Good understanding of welding codes and fabrication standards (ASME IX, BS EN 288 desirable).
*
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
