Support the creation of a suite of dashboards to bring insight and analytics into the digital product function. Accountable for performing deep dive ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation of our websites. Collaborate with the experimentation function to support further analysis of A/B test results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product function, support the senior analyst / manager to develop ways of working across product, UX, user testing and analytics to deliver a best-in-class product development cycle. Proficiency with SQL (required) and R/Python (nice to have). Experience utilising GA4 / Big Query to extract user journey insight, and Optimizely (or alternative A/B testing tool). PowerBI, Looker, Tableau etc.).
