Warehouse Team Leader

Groomfield Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their to join their successful, growing client in the Birmingham B10 area. This is a fantastic opportunity, working for a well established business.
Working Hours: 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 15:30 Friday
Pay Rate : £13.00 to £14.00 dependent on experience
Warehouse Team Leader Duties Include: Collecting and understanding paperwork for your daily workload.
Allocating tasks to members of the team.
Ensuring that all processes are carried out in a timely and quality focused manner.
Understanding the job progress at all times, this is to ensure you have up to date and accurate information when work is being chased.
Ensure the section is running smoothly at all times.
Ensure that the transition of products from one side to another is as smooth and accurate as possible.
The Person: Previous experience in being a team leader and managing a team.
Experience distributing tasks to team members.
Able to ensure the smooth running of tasks at hand.
