Warehouse Team Leader

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for one of our clients based in Norton Canes. The role will be leading a team of 4 production staff, with the view to progress into a Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Team Leader Responsibilities:

* Looking after a team of production staff

* Oversee inventory management

* Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations

* Use forklift to move goods within warehouse

Warehouse Team Leader Details:

Salary: £32,000 PA (Increases to £36,000 PA after 6 months)

Location: Norton Canes (WS11)

Hours: Full time – (Monday – Friday)

Warehouse Team Leader Requirements:

* Experience in leading a production team

* Experience in implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations

* Excellent communication skills

* PC Literate

* Forklift license
