Job Title: Warehouse Picker/Packer
Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (7:00am-3:00pm & 11:00am-7:00pm)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + performance bonus
Contract Type: Permanent

Overview

We are seeking up to five permanent Warehouse Order Pickers to join our busy team in Warrington. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are team-oriented, and are comfortable working with warehouse systems and technology.

You'll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring high-quality packing standards, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack stock in line with order requirements
Ensure all items are correctly packaged and ready for dispatch
Update the warehouse management system (WMS) to reflect goods-out movements
Maintain stock integrity through careful handling and attention to detail
Flexibly support other departments within the warehouse as needed
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
Continuously develop skills across different warehouse functions
Maintain high standards of professionalism and reliabilityRequirements

Able to work well as a team
Good computer knowledge
Accurate data entry skills
