3 days on, 3 days off (40 hours a week)
06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00
Wellingborough
£12.29 - £12.87  per hour depending on shift.
Overtime available which is paid at £13.79 on days and £15.54 on nights.
Productivity Bonus paid when targets are met.

We are currently hiring Production Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth
operation of our client’s production line. This is an opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, committed to quality, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key areas of responsibilities as a Production Operative are working within a tray wash environment sorting, loading, and stacking of plastic trays for re-use.

• Infeed - taking waste out of trays before loading them into a machine.
• Outfeed - stacking washed trays and placing them back on a pallet.
• Quality Control - carrying out quality control checks on trays throughout the process making sure labels and waste are
  cleared.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting in some areas.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required, as full training will be provided.
