Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Melton Mowbray (LE14)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 16:00 (40 hours per week)
Salary: £26,000 per annum + overtime
Contract Type: Permanent

Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities:
• Manual unloading of containers by hand – physical fitness is essential as this involves repetitive heavy lifting
• Order picking stock using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Labelling goods accurately to ensure correct identification.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times.
Warehouse Operative Key Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Warehouse Operative.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to location and requirements to travel to their other
site as and when required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
• FLT Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential – training may be available for the right candidate.
