ROLE: Warehouse Operative
LOCATION: Derby (easily accessible from Alvaston, Chaddesden, Spondon, Allenton, Littleover, Mickleover, and surrounding areas)
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with a paid 40-minute break
PAY: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join Frontline Recruitment client’s team in Derby. This full-time, permanent role is perfect for individuals looking to work in a hands-on environment, where attention to detail and teamwork are key. Full training is provided – no formal qualifications required!

THE ROLE:
* Pick and prepare stock accurately for dispatch
* Pack orders efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
* Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders
* Manage goods in and goods out processes
* Carry out regular cycle counts and stock takes
* Maintain safe and tidy warehouse practices
* Collaborate with the team to meet targets and deadlines
* Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
THE REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous, but not essential
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Good communication and teamworking skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Basic IT and organisational skills
