Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Wellingborough
Shift Pattern: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Breaks: 2x 15-minute unpaid breaks
Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a stable warehouse position? We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough. This role involves packing light items and requires attention to detail and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Pick and pack light items accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
* Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
* Participate in regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
* Ability to work the 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM shift pattern consistently.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
* Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
