Driver Hire Lancaster is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Warehouse Operative/ FLT Operative to join their hardworking and friendly team on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a supportive warehouse environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Accurate order picking for both the pallet and parcel networks

High attention to detail to ensure correct items and quantities are picked

Ensuring all orders are dispatched via the correct carrier and clearly labelled to the right customer

General warehouse organisation and cleanliness

Warehouse cleanliness
Supporting the team in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation

💡 What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

Attention to detail is essential - accuracy is key in this role

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Previous warehouse and forklift experience is desirable, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
