Your Role & Responsibilities

As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that all warehouse activities—from receipt to dispatch—run like clockwork. You will:

Implement and refine warehouse procedures, tracking performance through KPIs
Lead, train, and supervise a dynamic warehouse team, managing shifts and task delegation
Oversee accurate and timely project dispatches, ensuring all requirements (asset logs, certifications, etc.) are met
Manage logistics, including hazardous goods and customs compliance
Monitor stock levels and work closely with the P&L Manager to maintain CAPEX/OPEX accuracy
Maintain and update the asset management system, ensuring all equipment is tagged, tracked, and maintained
Handle quarantine and equipment write-off processes
Attend operational and QHSE meetings, ensuring health & safety standards are upheld
Deliver in-house training on stock control and asset systems to project personnel
Step up and deputise for the P&L Manager when required
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in warehouse or stores management
Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations
Strong leadership and task delegation skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Organised, self-motivated, and able to multi-task under pressure
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-driven
