We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our team at Grantham NDC. You'll maintain and verify the site's master data, ensuring everything is accurate and optimised as Warehouse Layout Coordinator.

Reporting to the Stock Manager you will join a close site service team. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing and checking product master data against warehouse locations, liaising with the supply chain team for new product setups, and recording and maintaining data on warehouse usage informing Management of any issues and keeping the site fully optimised. . Supporting the Customer Service Champion is also a key part of the role, which includes answering customer calls with professionalism and empathy and accurately documenting delivery queries or complaints in the customer services database. Additional responsibilities include providing KPI documentation for the site, supporting stock control activities, and assisting with warehouse layout changes such as racking adjustments.

As the successful Warehouse Layout Coordinator you'll be comfortable working at heights, have a professional telephone manner, and be physically capable of moving and replacing racking when needed (training will be provided). Attention to detail is vital for this position, as the role involves a range of important operational duties.  Performing well under pressure with a flexible approach to working hours are also important qualities for this role.  Its essential that you also have the ability to follow problems through to their conclusion independently and as part of a team.
