Our client, an established and growing engineering company based in Hook, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team as part of their continued expansion. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure the efficient handling of goods and materials. This hands-on role that involves overseeing stock control, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy, and safety.

Warehouse Coordinator - About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods

* Perform regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations

* Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries in collaboration with logistics providers and couriers

* Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with H&S regulations

* Carry out quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods

* Update stock movements and manage orders using ERP and inventory systems

* Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

* Support lean warehousing practices and continuous improvement initiatives

* Prepare delivery documentation, shipping labels, and handle returns processes

* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks safely (training provided if needed)
