Job Title: VNA Team Leader
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri - 2pm-10pm
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Job Description:
Industrious Recruitment is currently seeking a proactive and experienced VNA Team Leader for one of our established clients in Milton Keynes, a company specialising in the distribution of automotive components.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, leading a small team and operating VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) trucks. This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with operational duties to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives within the VNA area.
*
Operate VNA trucks to move, locate, and pick automotive components safely and efficiently.
*
Monitor daily workloads and ensure KPIs and targets are met.
*
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate effectively with management and other departments.
*
Ensure all health & safety standards and warehouse procedures are adhered to.
*
Provide on-the-job training and support to team members.
*
Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
Requirements:
*
Valid VNA license (in-house or accredited) with experience operating in a busy warehouse.
*
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is essential.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes.
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*
Flexible and positive attitude toward work and team development.
