Expleo is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our customer on a 6-month contract basis, working on-site with one of our key automotive clients in Dunton. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge vehicle testing and calibration projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles are updated with the correct hardware and control systems.
* Coordinate with workshop teams for the installation of required instrumentation.
* Organize and support vehicle test fleet activities, including climatic chamber testing and test trip logistics.
* Manage the shipment of vehicles and equipment as needed.
* Perform administrative tasks such as vehicle documentation, registration, taxation, shipping paperwork, and requisitioning of materials.
* Maintain and follow project plans to support the calibration team effectively.
✅ Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in vehicle testing and powertrain calibration.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
🌟 Preferred Experience:
* Familiarity with data logging using calibration tools.
* Experience updating control modules and working with vehicle electronics
