Our client in the Sleaford area is seeking an automotive sales professional to join its team.

Your duties as Van Sales Supervisor will include, but are not limited to:
Lead generation
Relationship building
Closing sales
Account management
Collect vans from auction
Help in other areas of the business where needed
Deal with inbound and outbound calls and queries
Stay up-to-date with developments in the industry to identify new areas for growth
Required experience for this Van Sales Supervisor role:
Proven experience in the automotive industry
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationship
Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
