Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Salary: £25,397
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Valeter to our client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company units and vans are cleaned, valeted, and prepared to a consistently high standard, ready for delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean the exterior and interior of units and vans.
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections, reporting any defects or shortages to the Depot Manager.
* Ensure all ancillary products are present and relevant certificates are up to date and clearly displayed within units.
* Maintain stock levels of cleaning products and requisition replacements as needed.
* Cut and maintain replacement keys as required.
* Adhere to the company’s health and safety policies and procedures in all depot operations.
* Follow the company’s Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
* Undertake any other duties as requested by your manager.
Requirements
* Experience as a Valeter is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent timekeeping.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of the importance of excellent service.
