Utilities Improvement Engineer

Job Title:
Location: Bridgewater
Salary: £49,000 per annum + 5% Annual Bonus (dependent on company targets)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We're looking for a Utilities Improvement Engineer to join our site maintenance team and play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our utilities systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic sustainability goals while ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and innovation.
What the utilities improvement engineer will be doing:
Drive a 3% reduction in energy and water usage per volume of milk produced.
Support the Compliance Manager in developing infrastructure and procedural improvements.
Lead enhancements in utilities maintenance using innovative and safe working methods.
Share your expertise and coach team members; act as deputy for the Compliance Manager when required.
Collaborate with Group teams to deliver capital expenditure (Capex) improvement projects .
