We are looking to recruit a Unit4 ERP Support Analyst for a leading digital transformation consultancy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a variety of clients across multiple sectors, helping them get the most from their ERP systems through responsive support and remote consultancy.
This is a fully remote role with travel approximately once a quarter for team meetings.
You'll work as part of a collaborative and values-driven team that prides itself on delivering excellent customer service while driving digital empowerment across organisations. The ideal candidate will combine strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic, people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve support tickets in line with customer SLAs
Investigate and troubleshoot issues within the Unit4 ERP system, focusing on finance modules
Provide clear, professional communication with clients throughout the ticket lifecycle
Collaborate with internal colleagues and third parties (e.g. Unit4) to ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records of activity and time in the call handling system
