About the Role
As UK Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role within a global facilities management organisation. You’ll be responsible for managing a team that develops and delivers high-value commercial partnerships, particularly within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
This role requires a strong focus on operational delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance, including full profit and loss (P&L) accountability. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term, strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team, overseeing recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management

Take full responsibility for P&L, managing budgets, controlling costs, and delivering against financial targets
*
Develop and implement partnership strategies for key manufacturing clients
*
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with commercial and business development teams
*
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
*
Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing) and external senior stakeholders
*
Ensure consistent service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction
*
Monitor partnership performance, report on key metrics, and evaluate return on investment (ROI)
*
Drive continuous improvement in operational practices and service standards
What We’re Looking For

A degree is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered
*
5–8 years of experience in operations, partnerships, or commercial leadership
*
Strong experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable
*
Proven track record of managing full P&L responsibility
*
Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on people development and team performance
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*
Organised, commercially astute, and results-driven
