Turret Operator Setter

Turret Operator/Setter – Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
Location: Dudley
Pay: £13.00 – £14.20 per hour + 15% shift allowance
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in the Dudley area who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Turret Operator/Setter to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with a growing business.
Role Overview:

Setting and operating CNC turret punch machines to produce precision sheet metal components
Working from engineering drawings and job instructions
Performing in-process quality checks and making necessary machine adjustments
Ensuring machinery is used safely and maintained properly
Working to production targets within a team environmentShift Pattern:

Weekly rotating shifts:

6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
15% shift allowance in addition to base hourly rateWhat We’re Looking For:

Previous experience operating and setting CNC turret punch machines
Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
Good understanding of tolerances and measuring equipment
A strong eye for detail and focus on quality
Willingness to work rotating shiftsWhat’s on Offer:
