Transport Compliance Administrator**
Brentwood – Must Drive due to location
£30,000–£35,000 DOE
Full-Time - Monday to Friday – 8-5pm or 9-6pm Office-Based
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established transport and logistics company seeking a skilled Transport Compliance Administrator to join their busy operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fleet administration who understands the importance of maintaining full compliance across a commercial vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate planned maintenance and servicing for HGVs, trailers, and fleet vehicles
* Liaise with workshops, third-party service providers, and internal departments to manage repairs and inspections
* Maintain accurate records for vehicle compliance, inspections, MOTs, and defect rectification
* Monitor and manage driver compliance, including tachograph data, driver hours, accident reporting, and follow-ups
* Ensure the Transport Management System and digital compliance platforms are up to date and audit-ready
* Work closely with the transport planning team to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and available when needed
Key Requirements:
* Proven administrative experience within a transport, logistics, or fleet environment
* Sound understanding of vehicle compliance and DVSA requirements
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Strong IT skills, including confidence using transport or fleet management systems
* Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
