Translational Research Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, CROs, and external experts to execute translational research plans
Define and implement strategies to discover and validate biomarkers for drug response and mechanism of action
Develop biomarker strategies to assess proof of mechanism, early efficacy signals, and patient selection
Engage with academic institutions, external collaborators, and CROs to support translational programs
Contribute to the identification of new therapeutic targets for drug development
Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and mentor R&D staff
