Transformation Training Manager – 6‑Month FTC

Ready to put your learning‑design skills at the heart of a major business‑wide change programme? We’re searching for an experienced Transformation Training Manager to create and deliver the training strategy for a high‑profile integration project in financial services/Wealth Management industry.

What you’ll do

* Analyse learning needs for the transformation portfolio and turn them into clear delivery plans.

* Create blended training assets (virtual classrooms, e‑learning, job aids, workshops, micro‑learning, etc.).

* Coordinate project timelines, tracking progress and reporting to the Change Manager.

* Influence stakeholders at every level, ensuring adoption, compliance and measurable outcomes.

* Monitor risks and maintain training records in line with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll bring

* Proven track‑record designing and rolling out large‑scale training in a regulated environment (life & pensions experience a big plus).

* Expertise in instructional design, adult‑learning principles and modern learning technologies/LMS.

* Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

* Analytical mindset, able to translate complex change into practical, learner‑friendly solutions.

* Resilience, decisiveness and a genuine enthusiasm for driving positive change.

The details

* Contract: 6‑month fixed‑term (with potential to extend as the programme evolves).

* Location: Hybrid – mix of office collaboration and remote flexibility.

* Reporting to: Change & Efficiency Manager, working closely with the Head of Operations.

* Checks: Basic criminal record & credit checks will be required
