The Role
As Training Officer, you will play a key role in embedding a culture of learning and excellence across the luxury portfolio. You'll go beyond the basics of training delivery and take ownership of the full learning cycle - from administration to strategic innovation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Training Admin Excellence - Manage course registration, follow-up, training records, and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to the highest standard.
