Training and Development Specialist Defence Communications

Job Title:  Training and Development Specialist (Defence Communications) Location:  Dorset - Office based Salary:  £45,000 Type:  Full time, FTC (until August 2026)  Duties: Our client is looking to appoint a Training and Development specialist, to support in the development of delivery for a brand-new military communications system, across: Training Design, Training Media Development and Training Delivery.  Design, develop and implement innovative training documentation, including (but not limited to): Formal Training Statements; Development of the Individual and collective training objectives; Development of Enabling Objectives; Development of KLPs; Production of Assessment Strategy/Specification; Selection of Methods and Media; Development of LScalar and LSpecs.
Ensure that all training materials are compliant with the Defence Direction and Guidance for Training and Education.
To deliver instructor-led training sessions, to validate the effectiveness of the developed training.
Essential Criteria: Must hold experience within a similar Training and Development Specialist role, within the Defence sector.
