Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to join our team and drive the training initiatives across our projects. The ideal candidate will be a people person with a passion for developing talent and enhancing skills across various levels of our workforce. This role will involve creating and maintaining a comprehensive training matrix, designing training programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a training matrix for labourers, site operatives, and site supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Collaborate with site supervisors and department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans to address skill gaps.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training and upskilling programs covering a range of topics, including but not limited to the use of tools and equipment, soft strip methodologies, health and safety protocols, and basic through to advanced tasks involved in the strip out of commercial buildings.<...
