Our client is looking for a Administrator to work at their office in Watford , WD24. The length of the contract is 12 months work. Starting ASAP



Responsibilities & Duties




  • Handle inquiries, answers simple questions and directs complex ones

  • Organises training

  • Books courses with trainers and venues




  • Sends booking details to participants

  • Processes orders and invoices

  • Updates training records

  • Issues training certificates

  • Collects training feedbackRequirements




  • Proven experience in an administrative (3+ years)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)



The pay rate offered is �14 p/hour, PAYE



Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8AM to 4.30PM
