THE ROLE OF A TRAINEE VALETER
You will receive a full training period to learn all things “Valeting!” Trained by our Valeting Team, you will learn the correct procedures and processes for working on prestige vehicles. You will learn to clean interiors, exteriors, engine components, lower door shuts, and inner front wings within a high standard.
As a Trainee Valeter, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance in the maintenance and cleaning of vehicles. This is an entry-level position designed to provide training and hands-on experience in car valeting techniques and processes. You will work closely with experienced Valeters, learning and mastering the skills necessary to deliver high-quality vehicle cleaning services to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
THE REQUIREMENTS
UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
No prior experience required; however, a strong interest in vehicle cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
Ideally over the age of 28 for insurance purposes
Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and techniques in the field of car valeting.
