As a Property Manager you will be:

* Managing a portfolio of residential properties

* Coordinating maintenance with contractors

* Conducting regular property inspections and producing reports

* Overseeing tenancy check-ins and check-outs, including deposit handling

* Organising safety checks and ensuring full compliance with legislation

* Building strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants
