Trainee Maintenance Engineer required for a market leading company who have quickly grown to become a true market leader within their industry. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, family run business offering lots of training.

This role will suit candidates who are electrically qualified and are looking for an opportunity where they can progress into a multi – skilled maintenance engineer role.

Joining an existing team of eight, the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical pre-planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.

This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading company who offer in house training and job security.

The Trainee Maintenance Engineer Role:

· Preventative and reactive maintenance

· Electrical maintenance – PLC controlled switchgear, inverter-controlled drives, solenoid and limit switching

· Mechanical maintenance - includes conveyors, elevators, compressors, hammermill grinders, pellet presses etc.

· 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern – 2 days 2 nights

The Trainee Maintenance Engineer Candidate

· Minimum of level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering

· Any industry background
