Location: Bournemouth (parking available at the office)| £24,000 Starting Salary
Full Time - Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm

We're working with a leading lettings agency that's looking to bring on a driven, enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator on a temp-to-perm basis, with an immediate start available. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make your mark in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting property viewings and liaising with prospective tenants
Coordinating appointments, managing keys, and keeping systems up to date
Learning the ropes of lettings legislation and best practice
Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
Delivering first-class service with a smile - in person, over the phone, and via emailWhat We're Looking For:

A confident communicator with natural people skills
Quick learner with initiative and energy
A full UK manual driving licence is essential (you'll be out and about daily!)
