Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Learning to deal with Landlord and Tenant inquiries, answering phone calls and emails
Preparation of lettings particulars
Arranging /conducting property viewings
Negotiating lets through to move in
Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
Providing high levels of customer service
Generating T&Cs
