Job Description A highly regarded Legal 500 City firm are seeking a Trademark Attorney to join their team.

Role
You will join a Legal 500 ranked intellectual property team who advise on worldwide filing strategies and prosecute UK and international trade mark applications. Clients are in a broad range of industries including cosmetic, entertainment, finance and telecommunications.
Responsibilities will include:
Advising on Trade Mark and Design Portfolio Management for various clients from filing to registration
Advising and filing opposition and cancellation proceedings
Advising on assignments and licence agreements
Applying for renewals and change of names
Advising and representing clients in various company name disputes
