Are you a hands-on, enthusiastic individual with great customer service skills and a can-do attitude? Our client who is a trusted name in carpet distribution for over 20 years - is looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to join their friendly team in Fareham.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for visiting tradespeople - handling enquiries, complaints, orders, and collections.
Taking phone calls and responding to customer emails.
Picking and processing orders - working closely with the warehouse team
Supporting day-to-day operations at the trade counter.What We're Looking For:
Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and not afraid to think outside the box.
A strong communicator with customer service or hospitality experience.
A team player who's also happy to get hands-on in the warehouse when needed.
