Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30
*
Friday: 07:00 – 16:00
*
Saturday: 07:30 – 10:30
Our client are a leading supplier of roofing materials, known for delivering exceptional service and high-quality products across the construction industry. We're now looking for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our dynamic High Wycombe team.
About the Role:
As a Trade Counter Sales Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – offering product advice, processing sales, managing stock levels, and ensuring our trade counter runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Serving customers in a professional and friendly manner
*
Providing expert product knowledge and advice
*
Processing orders accurately via our system
*
Managing stock displays and keeping the trade area tidy
*
Supporting warehouse and delivery teams when needed
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a trade counter or sales environment (roofing/building supplies a bonus)
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
A proactive, hands-on approach and positive attitude
*
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
