ToolMaker / Maintenance Engineer
Work within the injection moulding tool department of a small brush manufacturer company located in Throckley, NE15. Provide in-house maintenance across the production equipment, including injection moulding tools. Ensure production equipment and tooling are maintained and repaired to a high standard. Produce emergency parts and solutions using all available resources and develop and engineer improvements.
Salary £18.66 hour + Overtime + Bonus
Standard week 40hrs + 2.5hrs at time & a half. Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.00pm; Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out planned preventative maintenance on injection moulding tools.
CNC Machining & Turning of specialist replacement parts used in tooling.
Respond to breakdowns on production machines.
Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
To comply with legal requirements and work within company health and safety guidelines
Identify and order spare parts.
Project/prototype development machining.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Time served with experience and an excellent multi-skilled discipline
