Key Personnel are currently recruiting a Ticketing Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Cupar on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent technology minded graduate or someone early in their technology career to work with an instantly recognisable brand.

The Role: Ticketing Operations Coordinator

Hours: 35 hours, with flexible working options

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cupar, hybrid available

What you will be doing as Ticketing Operations Coordinator:

Lead on the development of ticketing process ensuring world class application and purchase experience

Drive continuous improvement of ticketing system

Collaborate closely with third party providers for new platform, feature and offering launches

Deliver internal training on the ticketing system

Work on site at events as and when required to meet business needs ensuring a smooth experience for customers and staff

Skills/ Experience Required:

Experience/ knowledge of developing apps and/or website design advantageous

Technologically minded with high attention to detail

Relevant technological degree or qualified by experience

Knowledge of ticketing highly advantageous however full training will be provided
