Are you a qualified Therapist or Counsellor looking to change the lives of young vulnerable people?
We are looking for a Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team!
As our Therapist at Swaay, you will work between our office, school and homes, all within the Bracknell and Farnborough areas, developing therapeutic programmes in both group and individual settings
The successful candidate will have a qualification in a discipline relevant to working with children, such as CBT; Play Therapy; Psychotherapy, DDP, Counselling and have experience working with children and young people.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop individual therapy programmes for young people on case load based on assessments and case notes under the supervision of experienced psychologists and practitioners
Conduct individual therapy with young people residing at SWAAY
Form part of the core group for each young person on case load
Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of group work programmes, using evidence based practice
Assist with day-to-day administration tasks
Attend multidisciplinary meetings relating to the young people and work closely with other staff members to ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place...
