We’re looking for a skilled Electronics Test Technician to lead test processes, fault-find to component level, and support technicians — all while maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and deliver electronics testing with accuracy and autonomy
* Fault-find electronic assemblies to component level
* Supervise technicians and ensure smooth, on-time delivery
* Drive process improvements and uphold ISO9001 standards
What you’ll need:
* ONC/HNC in Electronics (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of IPC standards and bench test equipment
* Attention to detail, time management, and a continuous improvement mindset
