Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for an exciting opportunity to support a thriving organisation in the Manufacturing industry? Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Administrator to lend a helping hand!

In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of the team, providing essential support to three Directors and assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary Management: Efficiently manage the calendars of three Directors, ensuring they are organised and prepared for meetings.
• Email Management: Take charge of email correspondence-prioritise, action, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Customer Queries: Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.
• Client Product Samples: Oversee the management of client product samples, coordinating requests and ensuring smooth operations.
• Organising Pricing: Assist in the organisation of pricing information, helping the sales team with essential data.

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fantastic communication skills, both on the phone and via email.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector or a similar environment.
