Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics and administration this summer? Our client, a well-established organisation in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a proactive Temporary Logistics Administrator to join their team for an initial 3–6 month period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a problem-solving mindset and strong administrative skills to support the internal planning and coordination of raw materials and finished goods. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or student looking for valuable summer work experience — though all applicants with the right skills will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce delivery paperwork and documentation for logistics operations
*
Assist in the planning and coordination of internal material movements
*
Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the logistics function
*
Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely movement of goods
*
Update systems and track inventory as required
Skills & Experience:
*
Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel
*
ERP system experience is desirable but not essential
*
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
*
A proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
*
Previous logistics or supply chain experience is a bonus but not required
