We are currently looking for a Telesales / Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team in Stoke-on-Trent! This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to connect with customers and make a real difference in our thriving organisation.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday

- Monday: 06:00 – 15:30

- Tuesday to Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30

- Friday: 07:30 – 14:00

Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Duties:

In this role, you will be the heart of our communication with customers, ensuring that they receive outstanding service every step of the way. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with orders, and offering promotions without the pressure of cold calling. Your ability to build rapport will foster relationships that are essential in driving sales whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll also have the chance to manage stock control and paperwork, contributing to a smooth operational flow.

Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
